Researcher, John Hutchison, and his associate, Nancy Lazaryan, have come up with a device that emits a combination of audio and radio frequencies that have the effect of clearing waters polluted by oil and dispersant in less than 24 hours, bringing the native life back – The Coast Guard has been using it since the 50’s.

Concerned about the BP oil gusher disaster, John Hutchison and his research partner, Nancy Lazaryan have come up with a combination of audio and radio frequencies that now have been shown scientifically to reduce the oil and grease in polluted waters in the Gulf of Mexico from 7 ppm to less than 1 ppm, restoring the water’s vitality as manifest by the return of fish, dolphins and even barnacles to a region of Perdido Bay in Lillian, Alabama, USA, where they conducted their first test.
“The local residents may now finally have hope for getting their Gulf back and restoring it to the healthy body it once was, if not better, before the Oil Disaster,” said Cara Fay, who is a friend of John and Nancy, and has been following their work on this project, which began in July, when a sample of polluted water was sent to John’s lab in Vancouver, BC. Based on success in finding the right frequencies, John and Nancy recently headed to the Gulf to try a test on location, with scientific documentation by a chemistry lab to corroborate their observations.
Test Results
The exact reach and potency of the frequencies is yet to be determined, but the device John assembled for this research pulls two kilowatts and, judging subjectively, appears to effect a region of at least more than 1000 yards radially (like a sphere), as verified by sympathetic resonance in the water (detected by oscilloscope) from the projection of audio and radio frequencies over the water. Nancy speculates that the effected area could be as much as several miles. All of the equipment ran off of one extension cord (110 V, 20 amp).
The area was treated with the frequencies for four hours the first day, and by the next morning, the waters were cleared. They then did four more hours of RF frequency that day, to complete the test. The frequency device was situated about 25 feet up the beach from the water.
The test was also documented by chemist Bob Naman, President of Analytical Chemical Testing Laboratory, Inc. (ACT) of Mobile, Alabama. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists,
Nancy, who is from Minnesota, who has experience as a professional broadcast TV camera person, filmed the restoration of sea life, with clearing of the water, new green algae, dolphins, and fish, the day following their test. She said:
“The fish were jumping, …the water that had been murky brown was a clear green. Two dolphins came into 5 feet of water to visit. Lots of schools of fish and crabs [were] very active in the ‘healed waters’. These tones were used by the ancients to HEAL humans.”
The tests were conducted from a KOA campground at Perdido Bay. The campground and his lab/trailer:

Nov. 1st 2010
A local captain of a boat that charters dolphin sightseeing tours, who had no idea what she and John Hutchison had done in treating the polluted waters with their radio/audio frequency generator, logged an entry concerning the change in the water and the dolphins being “happy”. This was in a neighboring bay.
an update from Nancy today, November 1, 2010:
We have gotten reports from citizens (who work and live on the water) that “something happened”….the water is clearer…and the dolphins are happy. (One of these people is a captain of a boat that charters dolphin sightseeing tours, and logged an entry concerning the change in the water and the dolphins being “happy”.) These people had no idea of what we had done in Perdido Bay.
These reports are coming from the NEXT bay over from Perdido Bay…so the “treatment” reaches quite far.
We also found out that Perdido Bay is one of the worst polluted waters in the Gulf (or at least, it was previously).
To the skeptics: I also was concerned about what affect this would have on the marine life. For this reason we are using ONLY “natural” frequencies. We are NOT, again NOT “microwaving the water”, but are using the frequencies known, for THOUSANDS of years to be HEALING.
BTW—we repeated the treatment—in the bayous of Louisiana…
We called BP, the EPA, the Coast Guard. NO RESPONSE.
We talked with LOCAL government officials, even the sheriff. Their response: “This is great. We cannot ‘officially sanction it’. We cannot help. Go talk with local private citizens that are on the beach, set up the equipment with them. And, we will not stop you from treating the water.”
…
NEW OIL just hit the beaches of Venice, LA and of Bay Jimmy last week.
Apparently the well is “not capped”…or there is another blowout we are not being told about.
Dead birds, fish, dolphins….all covered with oil.
The long term effect on these animals is DEATH.
What we are doing is bringing LIFE, the healing frequencies that have been known for thousands of years to restore damaged DNA.
This is not a “cheap device”….I have driven a borrowed farm pick up truck and a borrowed 22 ft. trailer and driven from Canada to the Gulf with 6000 lbs. of equipment.
Come to the Gulf and see for yourself what is being done…and the equipment…the “hard work” of getting here has already been accomplished.
Be well, y’all….we are busy and don’t know the next time we can get an internet connection.

Not a cheap device. All filmed, documented by Nancy.
This adventure is amazing, with RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) in Canada, FBI agents, me being interrogated by Homeland Security after these tests, a letter from customs — way too wild to go into details.

Well now, isn’t this interesting?
We were doing the treatment on water at the VERY beach that was “polluted”…advisory to NOT swim…early in the week. Then Friday, the water was retested…and the bacteria levels are now “safe”.
Hmmmm…
Health department lifts swimming advisories in Baldwin County
Published: Saturday, November 06, 2010, 6:10 PM Updated: Saturday, November 06, 2010, 6:35 PM
By Press-Register staff
An Alabama Department of Public Health swimming advisory issued Friday for five locations in Baldwin County was removed today after water testing found enterococci levels returned to normal.
The swimming advisory was lifted in the following areas:
* Perdido Bay at Kee Avenue Park and Spanish Cove Pier in Lillian.
* Arnica Bay at Pirate’s Cove in Josephine
* Weeks Bay at Camp Beckwith on Baldwin County 27 South
* Bon Secour Bay at Mary Ann Nelson Park at the end of Baldwin County 27 South
* Mobile Bay at Orange Street Pier, Volanta Avenue, and the Public Beach in Fairhope
According to a health department news release, water samples collected from these locations on Friday showed enterococci levels below the EPA threshold of 104 colonies per 100 milliliters.

Coast Guard was doing something like this in 50’s

Sterling,
My second hand story comes from a very good friend who is very reliable.
Back in the 50’s a friend of his was in the merchant marines/coast guard and when they were to dump fuel over board they would hit it with very high frequencies and the oil would just ‘disappear’. This was done on purpose and for that reason. So the idea of high frequency ‘treatments’ to various substances has been around for a long time. It just hasn’t been ‘common’ knowledge.
This same person was in the formula 1 race car business and 20 years ago they were treating their fuel in the same manner and getting some pretty amazing results. His opinion was that it was before it’s time, no one would believe them.

Coast Guard chases Hutchison away from clearing section of Gulf water
While clearing an area of oil- and Corexit-polluted water and air at Dauphin Island, the “command center” for the Coast Guard, who appear to be involved in the continued Corexit spraying, John Hutchison and Nancy Lazaryan were asked by the police to leave.

from Nancy, submitted to us on Nov. 14.
John and I were asked to go to a private beach on Dauphin Island, Alabama to treat the water.
Read about Dauphin Island here: http://www.floridaoilspilllaw.com/?s=dauphin+island
Apparently, Dauphin Island is the “command center” for the Coast Guard, and it is the Coast Guard that is spraying the Corexit dispersant. The air on this island is THICK with chemical odors. BP has been piling up huge amounts of sand (dirty sand) along the north shore of the island. Some piles are over three stories high. There are BP “workers” on the island. We noticed these workers wearing there own bandanas over their faces. We were wearing respirators, even had to sleep wearing the respirators because the air is so “bad”.
We began the water treatment, then took a break for dinner. I went to get Subway sandwiches, came back, we ate and restarted the equipment to do the final phase of the water treatment…doing the frequencies across the calm night water. A heavy mist was rising and we were anxious to treat the water as it developed the mist.
However, a 7:30PM local police came and demanded that we shut down the equipment and leave the area. Which we did.
I ran to the beach and took a water sample. The next morning I returned to the beach and took another sample.
BTW the air “cleared” and we were able to breathe without the respirators after about an hour into the treatment. We also had a very large heron stroll up from the beach and stand in front of the equipment for about 10 minutes. We were on the north side of Dauphin Island, projecting the audio and RF into Mobile Bay. Nancy
heron clearly not bothered by sound or radio frequencies.
Tests were conducted by chemist Bob Naman, President of Analytical Chemical Testing Laboratory, Inc. (ACT) of Mobile, Alabama. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemists, (Reg. 15488). You can download (pdf) a copy of that report titled: “Chemical Analysis – Water Samples After Frequency Exposure: BP Oil Spill Study – Perdido Bay Water”, dated Oct. 26, 2010.
He concluded his report:
Based on testing performed from samples received, the frequency exposure resulted in a 60% reduction of Oil and Grease from the (12 hour) after treatment sample source tested. ACT recommends investigation of this process further to determine large-scale capabilities in cleaning water bodies and areas affected by the dissolved oil/dispersant in water.
